Consultant also announces key promotions within its management services business

Consultant White Young Green (WYG) has appointed Paul Eslinger and Eric Woodgate as associate directors in its Southampton offices.

Previously with Gardiner & Theobald, Eslinger will be appointed to the environmental engineering team. With over 25 years of construction experience, Eslinger has a wide range of operational, managerial and personnel skills.

He is expected to play a vital role in the development of a multidisciplinary team within the Southampton office, and in pushing forward the firm's focus on sustainability.

Woodgate joins WYG from Scott Wilson where he was team leader and project manager. He will be responsible for highways, transportation and site development.

As one of the senior members of the civil and structural team, he will provide specialised expertise and strategic advice for Urban Design and transportation. He will also carry out due diligence for development proposals, detailed design reviews and act as a specialist technical adviser for highway and infrastructure works.

The consultant has also announced key promotions within its management services business. In the London office, Steve Smith has been promoted to regional director in the South-east.

In addition, Dave Corbin has been promoted to associate in the Southampton office, where he will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the newly-formed Southampton management services business unit.
