Said Tim Geddes, BSIA Deputy Chairman: "A key aspect of ensuring quality service is having installation engineers who are skilled, well trained, diligent and attuned to customers' needs. Clearly this process starts at the apprentice stage and these awards recognise apprentice installers who have shown a great deal of promise and commitment to quality, focusing on their theoretical grasp, range of technologies dealt with and customer interface skills."
