Omega Red Group is ensuring the electrical protection of Liverpool’s £900 million Paradise Street development.

The firm will design and install the earthing and lightning protection systems for a range of buildings in the development under a £150 000 contract. The overall project comprises 30 individually designed buildings over 42 acres.

The development is due for completion by the end of 2007 in time for the city to receive its European Capital of Culture status in 2008.
