Rise and shine: New Islington & Hackney Housing Association has launched a "breakfast club" initiative with a local school in north London. The aim is to provide children with supervised clubs before and after school. At the launch on Friday morning were children from the club and, from left to right: Samantha Hunte, learning mentor at the school, NIHHA tenant Cuthbert Jack and NIHHA operations director Bob Heapy. The association has granted £2600 for the project from its Community Investment Trust.
