The Nirvana apartment complex in Westcliff-on-Sea, near Southend in Essex, will boast the latest in home automation technology.

Complete Entertainment Installations chose Dynalite for the integrated lighting and AV control systems for each of the 45 apartments. Each system will include a multipurpose controller, a relay controller for blinds and curtains, and a user control panel. Several universal sensors will be used for combined motion, infra-red and light-level sensing, while Dynalite’s DNG232 RS232 serial port interface will provide integration for the third-party AV control system.
