Two touch-screen controllers produced by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) are set to offer building owners complete control over VRF air-conditioning systems, as well as the ability to set individual performance parameters for up to 144 indoor units.

The SLA-3 and SLB-3 centralised controllers provide monitoring, scheduling and administrative functions to facilitate energy efficient system management. The SLB-3’s energy consumption monitoring functionality is especially useful for multi-tenanted buildings.
