Firm changes its name following its acquisition of Swanke Hayden Connell Europe last December
Architect Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group has announced it will change its name to Aukett Swanke Group.
The change follows the firm’s acquisition of rival architect Swanke Hayden Connell Europe in December 2013.
The name change was voted through by Aukett’s share holders at its annual general meeting yesterday.
The change must now be completed with a certificate from the Registrar of Companies, which the firm said it expected to be issued “in due course”.
