BCIS is a company of the The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Access to the various services provided by BCIS/BMI is available on a subscription only basis. All BCIS and BMI products, services and publications can be ordered through the website.
The subscription gives access to the BCIS bulletin service, publications, and the on-line database; and various BMI publications, including quarterly cost briefings, building maintenance price books, and a number of special reports.
A review of the construction economy and information on house rebuilding cost assessment is also available. The subscription allows for multiple access within the same company.

The International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) and ICBO Evaluation Service (ICBO ES) is a non-profit corporation based in America.
It is dedicated to public safety in the built environment worldwide, through development and promotion of uniform codes and standards, enhancement of professionalism in code administration, and the facilitation of acceptance of innovative building products and systems.
The ICBO conducts technical evaluations of building products, components, methods and materials. It also offers certification programmes, CD-Rom codes resources, training manuals and videos.
Reports and other products are available to view and order on the organisation's website. The site also contains a product store, ongoing code change news, and even a bulletin board for informative discussions.
In addition, ICBO ES has made its entire library of product evaluation reports available to access and print, free of charge. There are links to other international codes associations and the International Code Council.

The site offers a comprehensive listing of all consumer, public, industrial and trade exhibitions to be held in major venues around the country during the next two years.
It contains plenty of useful information for exhibition organisers, offering assistance in promotion; exhibitors, both confirmed and prospective, giving contact and exhibition service details; and exhibition visitors, giving exhibitors lists and even help with hotel bookings.
It can be searched by exhibition subject, date, organiser, and venue. There are 14 subject groups in total and they include engineering, building, construction, industry, manufacturing, fire protection and security, energy and water.
