West country-based firm Complete Construction Management (CCM) has won roles on three local jobs, worth a total of £18m.

The hat-trick for the QS, which is based in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, includes a contract for garden centre chain Blooms.

CCM will advise on the construction of a £7.5m garden centre in Bicester, designed by architects HPW Partners, including the selection of the contractor.

The company has also won a job from Gloucestershire County Council. It will be contract manager on the £6.25m redevelopment of Archway School, Paganhill, Stroud, which is being designed by B3 Burgess. The building plans are due to be completed by September.

CCM’s third deal is to provide QS services on a £5m project to build a cottage hospital and doctor’s surgery in Alcester. The client is a consortium of doctors, who will lease the facilities to the NHS. Beswick is the project’s architect.
