Housebuilders
Housebuilder Countryside Properties has appointed Robert Clubbe marketing manager of its Leatherhead-based South Thames division. He will be involved with the promotion and marketing of the group's Kent, Surrey and Berkshire developments.

Jan Tilson, customer service director at Stamford Homes, has been appointed to the board of parent company Galliford Try.

Project and cost manager Bruce Shaw Partnership has promoted John Christopherson to senior associate. Peter Snyman and John McEnvoy have been made associates and Matthew Llewellyn has joined the firm as associate.

Brian Chikwava has joined quantity surveyor Cyril Sweett as cost consultant. Martin Kirkland has rejoined the firm as senior cost consultant and Steve Godsmark, previously with Davis Langdon & Everest, has been appointed senior cost consultant.

Property law firm Pinsent Curtis Biddle has appointed Tom Johnson, previously with Linklaters, associate. Richard Ford, formerly of Clifford Chance, joins as solicitor in the planning and environment division.
