Leeds-based GMI Construction has promoted Andrew Schofield to senior project manager.

Countryside Properties has appointed Robert Clubbe marketing manager in its Leatherhead-based South Thames division. He will be responsible for developments in Kent, Surrey and Berkshire.

Persimmon Homes has appointed John Richardson construction director for its Essex region.

Mark Ridsdale has joined Charles Church's North-east division as senior quantity surveyor.

Lovell has appointed Steve Coombs regional director for its London division. Walter Knowles has been promoted to eastern regional manager based in Leeds.

Property consultant Dreweatt Neate has made Jonathan Rickard, manager of the firm's architecture consultancy, a partner. He will be based in the firm's Winchester office. Simon Randall, based in Basingstoke, has also been made a partner.
