In addition, Danny Harper has been appointed compensation valuer at the Gloucester compensation department.

Architect REID has promoted Paul Green and Graham Hickson-Smith to associate directors.

Andrew Webb has been appointed marketing director in the security division of TPS Consultant.

Architect and town planner Barton Willmore has appointed Robin Meakins director of its Reading office planning group.

The Architectural Association has elected Eva Jiricna as its president. She will take over from outgoing president Crispin Kelly.

Steven Bee has been appointed director of planning and development at English Heritage. He is currently Winchester council's director of development services and a regional representative of CABE.

He will joined by divisional sales managers, Jason Ball, Clive Morris and Graham Matthews. Richard Wright has been promoted to national sales manager. In addition, a new commercial team has been set up under Terry Oliver.
