Contractor
Regional contractor Barnfield Construction has appointed Martin Keech, previously with Birse Water, health and safety manager. He will be responsible for health and safety issues, training, site audits and inspections.

Housebuilders
Richard Grover has been appointed project manager of Charles Church. He will be responsible for the new development of Livingstone Park in Epsom, Surrey.

Glenn Cavilla (left) has been promoted to building manager at Twigden Homes. He will also be responsible for health and safety matters.

Consultants
Town planner and architect Barton Willmore has promoted Kim Morris to associate, based in the Reading office. Brian Paul has been appointed associate architect in the London office.

Ian Parker, previously of Parkman Group, has joined construction manager Mace Group as marketing director.

Philip Norris has been promoted to regional director at multidisciplinary consultant White Young Green's Leeds office.

Air-conditioning unit manufacturer York International has appointed Keith Smith managing director. He will be responsible for sales and services operations.

Kingspan, supplier of insulated roof and wall systems, has appointed Steve Ball (left) field service engineer for England, Scotland and Wales.

Neil Jones has been appointed managing director of Ex-Or, lighting management systems supplier. He replaces Alan Fowell who becomes chairman.

Derek Walker has joined brick manufacturer Baggeridge as sales manager in the South-east.

Keith Jefferies has joined air-conditioning supplier Airwell as southern regional unitary sales manager.

Wayne Herbert has joined heating systems supplier ATAG Heating as product manager.
