Charles Church Western has appointed Rachael Humphreys land manager. Sheena Cook (left) becomes sales director designate based in Yate, near Bristol.

Simon Rose, formerly a surveyor with British Waterways, has been appointed development manager by Circadian on its £500m Lots Road power station development in Chelsea, London.

Peter Gray, a former partner in solicitor Linklaters' projects and energy department, has joined Shadbolt & Co to work on the its international projects.

Multidisciplinary consultant EC Harris has made an addition to its regeneration team in Manchester with the appointment of Chris Standish.
