Robert Millar has rejoined Keller Ground Engineering as business development manager for Wales and south-west England.

Phil Dyer has been appointed business development manager for the Wright Group of Companies, based in Hull.

Jennie Daly has been promoted to planning director at Harrow Estates, based in Cheshire.

David Jones had joined the board of multidisciplinary consultant White Young Green as director with overall responsibility for engineering and management services at its Cardiff office.

Chris Meek has been appointed principal environmental consultant for consulting engineer TA Millard Scotland.

Elliott Project Management has appointed Darren Raisen, formerly with Mace, project manager.

David Mulliner has returned to architect Terence O’Rourke as a technical director in town planning. He previously spent seven years at the firm before working at Adams Henry and Broadway Malyan.

QS Cyril Sweett has appointed Paul Crossland projects director responsible for health and safety services.

Mike Hackett, of Hitchin-based specialist contractor Makers UK, has been elected chairman of the UK Concrete Repair Association. He was previously deputy chairman of the association.

Insulation manufacturer Celotex has appointed Colin McLorg sales representative for north-east England.

Building products supplier Ubbink has promoted Pat Marrs to area manager for Scotland. Marrs joined the company in August 2002.

Building systems supplier Inviron has promoted Scott Dunning to the position of financial controller.
