Powerminster, the mechanical and electrical subsidiary of the MJ Gleeson Group, has appointed Martyn Horton managing director.

Craig Currie (left) has become director of the retail division of Midas Projects (UK), part of the Midas Group. He was previously construction director at the Pettifor Group.

Ben Burton has been recruited by Chase Midland as business development manager of Chase Norton Construction. Paul Loader has taken on the same role at the firm’s affordable housing division, Chase Partnership Homes

David Wilson Homes has made three appointments to its Hemel Hempstead-based home counties region. Jonathan Tomlinson has joined as land manager, Krzysztof Lipinski as regional planner and Graham Allen as designer.

North Wales-based Beech Homes has recruited Don Clegg (right) as site manager.

The civil and structural division of multidisciplinary consultant White Young Green has promoted Ian Coleman to associate in its Leeds office. Ian Drabble has also been appointed to the same position.

Design and project management consultant TPS Consult has appointed Allan Patterson graduate structural engineer at its Edinburgh office.

Multidisciplinary consultant Knowles has recruited Laurence Heycock as senior consultant in the quantity surveying division of its South-west and South Wales office.
