Galliford Try has promoted Stuart Gibbons to managing director of Galliford Try Partnerships. He was previously operations director.

Peter Hurcomb has joined Colchester-based Sexton Construction in the newly created role of company architect.

Support services group Mouchel Parkman has made a number of changes at group executive level. Amanda Massie becomes company secretary, Ruth Mundy human resources director and Gail Shadlock busines transformation director.

Redrow Homes has appointed Adrian Farr (right) managing director of the West Midlands office in Halesowen. Holly Finer becomes field sales manager for the southern region.

Ann McNamee has joined Midlands-based housing and regeneration agency Keynote Housing Group as head of development.

Affordable housing provider Lovell has promoted Sharon Tyer (left) to regional training adviser for the company’s North-east region. She was previously a project co-ordinator for the firm.
