Responding to the demand for increased air-tightness, Natural Building Technologies has introduced a series of Siga adhesive tapes and membranes

The range complements the company’s existing woodfibre insulation systems and masonry products. The Siga adhesives can be used to seal sheathing boards, insulation boards, masonry door and window openings and pipework, creating airtight roofs, walls and ceilings. The company claims the Siga systems are suitable for all methods of construction, as well as for use with its woodfibre building envelope systems that are air and windtight and fully breathable while achieving U-values down to 0.10W/m2K.
