Sketch of the week: Marina Piccola, Capri

This week’s #buildingdoodle sketch is by Martin Douglas, associate director at Pad Design, who brings a little summer sun with a sketch of coastal architecture on Capri.

He says: “This is one of relatively few places on the dramatic coastline where it is possible to swim or moor a boat. To get here you must take a spectacular bus ride or walk along a steep, narrow path. The last stretch of the journey descends a flight of steps before opening out into small beaches overlooked by cafes and towering rock faces rising up to the sky.”
