Ulster Bank and solar energy company Solarcentury and are introducing what they claim is the UK’s first solar mortgage.

The product, which is available for existing and new customers in Northern Ireland, offers discounted borrowing for photovoltaic technology as well as full management of supply and installation through an arrangement with Solarcentury.
