Architect Austin-Smith:Lord has designed an L-shaped headquarters at 8 Leake Street near Waterloo in London for Prospect, the union for scientists, engineers and managers.

The site is about 600 m2 and is close to the London Eye on the Thames. It lies at the centre of development activity with County Hall to the west, the Shell Centre and Elizabeth House to the north, the Waterloo International Eurostar terminal to the east.
