UK architect Glenn Howells has unveiled designs for the world’s first completely revolving tower, to be built in Dubai’s City of Arabia development.

The 30-floor Time Residences will store solar energy and use it to drive a rotation mechanism in the base of the structure. The developer is Dubai Property Ring.
