Construction group Alfred McAlpine has announced a series of contract wins worth over £130m, including a three-year facilities management contract with the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Alfred McAlpine has been awarded two infrastructure services support contracts worth in excess of £50m. The second win is a two-year contract with Fulcrum Connections for gas connections work in the north of England and Scotland.
The construction company has also secured two facilities management contracts worth a combined total of £65m. The largest of these is a three-year facilities management contract with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
Under deal Alfred McAlpine will provide facilities management services across RBS Group's large office properties and its 643 branch network across the South-east of England.
Alfred McAlpine has also secured a contract to build a leisure centre in Stafford and a contract with Derbyshire County Council to build a linkroad to the north of Ilkeston for the A6096 to Awsworth. The value of these contracts is about £15m.
