He says: "I saw this out of my bathroom window.

"Whilst in isolation they are vaguely amusing, being that I work for a professional construction company, I find this sought of behaviour by domestic subcontractors totally unacceptable and it is these sort of situations visible to the general public which gives our industry a poor reputation for health and safety."
