Architect Metaphorm and arts consultant Stephen Hetherington have designed a performance venue for Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

The venue, commission by Dacorum council, would be used for conferences, concerts and other arts functions and will be an important part of a new civic zone. Others who have worked on the scheme include market researcher Matthews Millman, QS Martin Ryder and venue programmer Stuart Griffiths.
