The trust is heading for a High Court showdown with builder Banner Holdings in a row over civil engineering works.

After a dispute arose between the two, adjudicator Matthew Molloy ordered the trust to pay Banner £16,903 plus VAT for money wrongfully withheld and deducted, as well as interest, costs and legal fees plus VAT. But it is claimed £10,875 is still outstanding, so Banner is asking the court to enforce payment through a court order.
