The regeneration of Grahame Park in Colindale, north London, is about to start on site.

The first phase of the 3,500-home scheme, designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards and Levitt Bernstein Associates, will include 319 homes. It is the product of a regeneration partnership between Barnet council and housing association Genesis Housing Group, which is developing the site with Countryside Properties.
