Top 30 consultant wants to expand property business

Bellrock has appointed former Sodexo boss Dan Weiss as the managing director of its consulting business.

The property management specialist said Weiss, who was Sodexo’s chief growth officer, will be responsible for developing Bellrock’s property consulting services, adding: “[He will] lead acquisitions to expand the business, providing strategic leadership and structure for the team.”

Before joining Sodexo, which specialise in FM and food services, Weiss spent 15 years at Atkins and Faithful & Gould.

Bellrock is owned by private equity firm Sun European Partners which bought the firm four years ago from Horizon Capital.

Bellrock was listed at number 29 in Building’s recent Top 150 Consultants table with fees of just over £38m and seven UK offices.
