Contractor Kingerlee has completed two new Bennetts Associates-designed buildings at St Antony’s College in Oxford.
The five-storey Gateway Buildings include 54 ensuite study bedrooms, offices for college staff and meeting and work space within glazed rooftop pavilions.
The Gateway Buildings include passive design principles such as sensible glazing ratios, natural ventilation and planted roofs, as well as renewables systems, including ground source heat pumps.
Buro Happold was the engineer on the project and Northcroft was the quantity surveyor.
