Scheme to complete in June 2029
Bovis has been formally confirmed as contractor on a £200m mixed-use scheme near the British Museum in London.
The St Giles Quarter project for developer BC Partners and development manager Simten includes a 19-storey office tower containing around 170,000sq ft of office space along with retail space.

The DSDHA-designed scheme also includes 44 homes, 19 of which will be affordable, within restored heritage buildings on the site.
Simten director Mike Rayner said the masterplan will create a “distinctive new mixed-use destination in the heart of the West End”.
“We look forward to working alongside our investors, Bovis and the wider project team as construction begins, realising the vision for the scheme and delivering a place that will make a lasting contribution to the area,” Rayner said.
Bovis chief executive David Cadiot added: “We have been working closely with Simten and the wider project team through the pre-construction phase, and that early collaboration has given us a strong platform to move into delivery and bring this ambitious scheme to life.”
Bovis has been working on the scheme on a PCSA since August 2025 with others on the project team including Gardiner & Theobald, QS T&T Alinea and structural engineer Heyne Tillett Steel.
The scheme is expected to complete in June 2029.
