Regional restructure sees 14 lose their jobs

Buro Happold has made 14 members of staff redundant in a reorganisation of its regions.

The redundancies are thought to have occurred in the middle of May.

In a statement, the company said: “Following a recent reconfiguration of our regions, there have been 14 redundancies. Appropriate consultation processes were followed.”

It would not comment on which positions were made redundant or any further on the reorganisation.

The losses come alongside the appointment of new chief executive Paul Westbury and senior partner Mike Cook, who have said they are budgeting for “modest growth” in headcount in the UK this year.
