Aukett Europe has designed the first phase and masterplan of this £500m development on 50 acres of the Old Royal Docks.
The architect is part of a consortium led by Development Securities. The first phase includes this 250 000 ft2 office development, scheduled to start this summer. Other members of the consortium include M&E and infrastructure engineer Oscar Faber, structural and civil engineer Pell Frischman, and cost consultant AYH.
