Consultant joins 12 others on public sector framework agreement for UK property and construction services

Consultant Capita Symonds has been awarded a place on the government’s £750m Buying Solutions Project Management & Full Design Team Services Framework, a multidisciplinary public sector framework agreement for property and construction services in the UK.

The four-year framework can be used by all public sector organisations including Whitehall departments, the NHS, local councils, the police and other emergency services and provides a quick, easy and cost effective alternative to OJEU procurement.

Capita is one of 12 companies to win a place on the framework.

Work involves all project management and design services, including project and programme management, quantity surveying, CDM, building surveying, architecture, building services engineering, civil and structural engineering, and employers agent and supervisor services.

Christian Rogers, the firm’s national director for the framework, said: “We have a proven track record of working successfully with the public sector across the UK. We are able to deliver any combination of services.

“Our approach is collaborative and flexible, so we are also able to incorporate local suppliers in to our team where this provides best value to our customers.”
