When completed in two years, the £80m development will stand at 32 storeys high and will be the tallest building in the north of England. A mixed-use development that will house the region's largest single commercial and leisure scheme, it has been designed by Aedas Architects for a joint venture team of Landmark Developments Projects and St James Securities.
