Plans have been submitted to build this visitor centre at the University of Manchester’s Jodrell Bank Observatory

The facility will include a cafe with views of the 76m Lovell Telescope, as well as space for exhibitions and events. Designed by Feilden Clegg Bradley, the centre is the first phase of a wider redevelopment. Capital Symonds is project manager.
