Charlie Scherer has become chief operating officer at Willmott Dixon Housing, while Mike Hart has switched from his current role as director within Willmott Dixon Capital Works to become COO at Willmott Dixon Interiors.

Keltbray has appointed Darren Wickins managing director of its specialist asbestos remediation division Pectel. Keltbray has also appointed Bob Johnstone managing director of its industrial and explosives division.

Caroline Batter has become ISG’s head of pre-construction for engineering services.

Shepherd Construction has appointed Paul Raine as commercial director for its south division.

Bullock Construction has promoted Richard Badeley to group business development manger and Andy Hazlehurst is procurement director.

Building incorrectly reported (5 October, page 11) that Jackson Coles is quantity surveyor on Derwent London’s Turnmill building in London. Davis Langdon is quantity surveyor, Jackson Coles is project manager.
