Crest Nicholson's masterplan for the mixed-use Harbourside regeneration scheme in Bristol has received detailed planning consent by Bristol council. The scheme is to include the Waterfront building, designed by Bristol architect Fitzroy Robinson, which will be a five-storey office building.

The masterplan for the Harbourside redevelopment is to include a total of 1.1 million ft2 of residential, office and leisure space, including up to 500 apartments.
