The demolition looks like a textbook operation - the same can't be said about the deployment of safety barriers

Health and safety concerns on the US demolition seem to have escaped the one person who should be enforcing it.

Just a thought, but maybe somebody should have erected a protective barrier – on the other side of the town.

Note the speed with which the three policemen launch themelves into the safety of their car without a second thought for the hordes of families and children they should be protecting.
