Consultant hires three founding directors of asset management company to meet demand from clients

EC Harris has poached the three founding directors of property asset management company The Asset Factor.

The consultant said Oliver Jones, Keith Perry and Matthew Punshon had agreed to join the firm to help meet an increased demand for an integrated asset management service from clients.

Jones founded Symonds FM and Citex Group before directing group property and logistics at Regus. Perry is the former chief executive officer of Lend Lease Communities and Punshon was a founding director of Trillium. The trio have headed The Asset Factor since it was established in 2005.

EC Harris chief executive Philip Youell said: “The proven ability and business experience of Oliver, Keith and Matthew, added to our global capability to integrate capital and operational expenditure, with asset performance, creates a powerful solution for clients.

“This enhances our experience of complex outsourcing structures and international operating ventures, enabling us to advise on financial structuring options for assets.”
