Costain has started work on Enfield PalaceXchange, a £60m mixed-use town-centre development in Enfield, north London, designed by REID architecture for ING Real Estate Development.
Enfield’s big spree
The focus of the scheme is a 14,864 m2 fashion-led 23-unit shopping “street” that connects to the Palace Gardens shopping centre. The project team includes structural engineer Gifford & Partners, M&E engineer Hilson Moran Partnership, project manager TP Management, QS Tweeds, highways engineer Hyder Consulting and planning consultant Montagu Evans.
