Land Securities is releasing the second phase of its Princesshay apartment scheme in Exeter.

The 23 flats, ranging in size from one-bedroom apartments to athree-bedroom split-level penthouse, have been designed by Panter Hudspith. The flats form part of a wider retail-led regeneration scheme. Knight Frank is acting as agent for the development.
