Matt Bennion heading up project and development services business in Asia Pacific
Former Reds10 chief executive Matt Bennion has joined JLL as head of project and development services for its Asia Pacific region.
Bennion, who joined the offsite specialist in 2019 and became boss two years later, was moved to head up sister company Thrive-AI, a smart building technology business, last year following a restructure.
He will be based in Singapore and returns to the region seven years after leaving where was chief executive of Arcadis’s business in the area, based in Hong Kong.
Bennion started out as a trainee QS with Wates before joining Davis Langdon, where he spent seven years, leaving in 2002 to join the then EC Harris, which later became Arcadis after the Dutch firm bought it in 2011.
Bennion continues to be a shareholder in Thrive-AI along with Red10’s group CEO Paul Ruddick.
