Keep up to dateThe derelict Imperial Tobacco HQ in south Bristol, the first British building by US architect Skidmore Owings & Merrill, is to be turned into sustainable flats and live-work units by developer Urban Splash.
It will be designed by architect Acanthus Ferguson Mann and environmental engineer Atelier Ten. The building was listed in 2000.
