Galliford Try teams up with social housing landlord

Galliford Try has teamed up with Affinity Sutton Group to build 296 homes across two sites in the south-east of England.

The first will provide the regeneration of the Wilmington Estate in Haywards Heath, West Sussex, where 114 homes will be built.

At the Ramsden Estate in Orpington, Kent, the team will build a further 111 homes.

Greg Fitzgerald, chief executive of Galliford Try, said: "The agreement now entered into underlines Galliford Try's commitment to partnering with leading registered social landlords to deliver both affordable housing stock and private homes for sale."
