Highbridge business park, the joint venture between developers Highbridge Properties and the Ashall Group, has completed 16,400 m2 of office space at Cobalt Park, Newcastle upon Tyne. The buildings (Cobalt 1, 2 and 3) are 4087 m2, 9522 m2 and 2800 m2. The first two are designed by Ryder HKS and are the largest glass structures in the North-east. When complete the park will be 210,000 m2, making it the largest in the UK.
