Architect Jestico + Whiles has won planning consent for this £7m mixed-use building on the landmark Queens Road island site close to the centre of Reading. It provides 77 homes in three blocks rising from five storeys to eight. Other project team members include Montagu Evans as planning consultant, Watts and Partners as QS and Land Use Consultants as landscape consultant.
