Architect Foster and Partners has designed a residential scheme for developer Urban Splash in Manchester.
Green HAUS
The Budenberg HAUS development is to be built on the site of the former Budenberg gauge factory in Altrincham, Cheshire. It will generate its own power using a combined heat and power system that employs gas turbines and is 70% more reliable than conventional sources. The scheme comprises two blocks of 257 flats in total, which step from three to 10 storeys.
