Final piece of Greengate cluster will deliver 518 homes

Salford planning officials have given the green light for a third residential tower in the Colliers Yard neighbourhood in Greengate. 

The 41-storey Parkside development, which joins the Bankside and Cortland towers, will deliver 518 new homes of various sizes, as well as 11,000 sq ft of commercial space across five ground-floor units.
