Buildings must be better ventilated to reduce the risk of covid-19 and other infections, according to a report commissioned by the government’s chief scientific adviser.

Sir Patrick Vallance asked the Royal Academy of Engineering and the National Engineering Policy Centre to look into the importance of ventilation in the wake of the pandemic.
