David Chipperfield has submitted plans for its first commercial development in the City of London.

The 140,000ft2 scheme for client Sellar Properties involves the redevelopment of a seventies building. It is close to another of Sellar’s landmark projects, the London Bridge Shard, and is intended to improve the river path along the north bank of the Thames.
